MSL IS A TOP U.S. PR AGENCY FOR LGBTQ EQUALITY
Scores 100 Percent in Corporate Equality Index for Fifth Consecutive Year
New York – November 9, 2017 – The U.S. operations of MSL earned a perfect 100 percent score in the 2018 Corporate Equality Index (CEI), a national benchmarking survey and report on corporate policies and practices related to lesbian, gay, bisexual, transgender and queer (LGBTQ) workplace equality administered by the Human Rights Campaign Foundation. MSL joins the ranks of 609 major U.S. businesses which also earned top marks this year, including eight other Publicis agencies and solutions hubs, Digitas LBi, Leo Burnett, Publicis Health, Publicis Media, Re:Sources, Saatchi & Saatchi, SapientRazorfish, and Sapient Consulting.
Because of its perfect score, MSL achieved the designation as a “Best Place to Work” for LGBTQ Equality. In 2013, MSL became the first large PR agency to achieve a perfect score on the survey in its own name.

The Corporate Equality Index has become the gold standard for LGBTQ workplace equality.
The 2018 CEI rated 1084 businesses in the report through evaluation of LGBTQ-related policies and practices including non-discrimination workplace protections, domestic partner benefits, transgender-inclusive health care benefits, competency programs and public engagement with the LGBTQ community.
